I've actually seen this movie and it's not enough entertainingly bad, just boring and preachy as fuck. I had to review it ages ago when I used to write movie reviews for a website (long story) and the editor, for some bizarre reason, accepted titles from Cloud Ten.
It's also part of a long series of post-rapture movies made the same company so the storyline requires you to know some backstory to even know what the hell is going on. Basically, it's a lot of Christians sitting around talking about how great the Lord is and all that shit, interspersed with long, long tracking shots of the EVIL Nick Mancuso Satan guy sitting in a large office at a glowing desk with a huge MENACING aquarium behind him making EEEEVIL PLANS FOR HUMANITY. Oh and some Xian woman is in prison and going to be executed in a show trial which is turned into a trial against god where the defense lawyer who doesn't give a shit suddenly GIVES A SHIT TOWARDS THE END OMG BLIND FAITH SAVES THE DAY.

Toenails - 2010-11-18 Cloud Ten pretty much put themselves on the map with their adaptations of the Left Behind books. They had Kirk Cameron in the lead role, displayed Mr. T prominently in the later movies, and still couldn't put together a film worth watching.
Still these guys are distributors, not actually involved with movies themselves so it's not entirely their fault. You'd be surprised at how boring the most fundamental christian films actually are.
If you want to watch a good movie from them, try "Waterproof" (In NO WAY related to "Fireproof") starring Burt Reynolds, I had a pretty normal friend tell me it was "okay I guess" (and that's the best thing he can ever bring himself to say about anything).

StanleyPain - 2010-11-18 The Revelation series, of which Judgement is part of, is sort of entertaining in an MST3k way if you have some friends over. By itself, really the only movies worth watching are the Left Behind ones which get pretty crazy.
