It's over 9-
I'm guessing Uli never played stuff like Battletoads or anything else that doesn't require hours of mindless grinding? Or that is not a plataformer with absurd jumping controls.

That is sadly not even scratching the surface of how much stuff you can level in this game.

One of my favorite games-- I don't think I ever leveled Laharl beyond 70 though.
This game is so good, I don't consider it surprising that someone would invest the time to level a character to 9,999.
looks like a bunch of anime horse puck to me.
It's a fun yet insanely consuming game, i haven't finished either. The thing is, there like 2 or 3 sequels.
They are coming out with a 4th one. From what I have heard, you can get an transdimensional pirate ship that lets you invade another person's saved game.
It sold me entirely on charm. I found the actual gameplay pretty dry. Combat felt more like Tetris where the only thing that ever changed was higher numbers and the shape of your area attack.
If you like to see numbers go up, this is the game for you.

yeah this game totally rules but his quote around 2:40 wraps it up.
"nothing to do, just wait."

I have no idea what's even supposed to be happening here, but +4 for ulillillia and numbers in general.

I like how Laharl just never gets hit, ever.
