Glad to see someone putting example-based image recoloring to use. I'm not sure this is a GOOD use, but it's a use for it, at least.
I hope that if Ted Turner ever gets a "we must colorize all classic movies" hair up his ass again he uses this technology instead of the nascent digital tech he was so enamored with in the 80s (which wasn't really any better than hand tinting in terms of overall quality or labor intensity).
