this is footage put together generally by a group like AP. the video is on a website and if the news company (like CBS) has a subscription they can use the video. included with the footage is a script which is generally touched up a bit but read by the local anchor in the station. that's why there is no sound other than the natural sound and the bite.

this was likely the kicker to the news day. pretty soft news and a quick story to leave everyone feeling good about their lives and that there really is a spiderman out there to help us.
