Why indeed, Panic is exactly the last game that needs a speedrun at all. The joy of playing it is never knowing what new crazy thing will appear on screen.

There's no clues as to which buttons you're supposed to push. You just memorize which buttons make you not die. It's as random as linear gameplay can get.
