I fail to see his point. Kuklinski was a very successful mafia hitman but was a little rough around the edges.
There is no standard operation to make a serial killer. Dahmer didn't have a rough childhood, Manson was a kick ass dude and Graham Frederick Young just like using people as test subjects for poison. What makes each serial killer/sociopath/psychopath interesting is what pushes them to kill and how they did it.
But Dwayne deals in absolutes a lot and doesn't worry about details that can prove him wrong.
Human tragedies are a direct consequence of the global elites/bankers master plan. Before they took over the world we lived in a magical time where a Halle Berry would likely marry and copulate with a Dwayne Holloway based not on the amorphous body shape or his jabbering pudding face but rather on the strength of his character and the power of his words.
