I'm rather intrigued by this idea of a magic animal who gives of his infinite meat to feed everyone. It's a prime example of how Homer's imagination could be the basis for many delightful childrens' books and/or mind-scarring horror films.
This is the Homer i like: clueless, naive and ignorant about basic things. He is, well, used to be, more like a child. Then they turned him into a rage-machine that screams the whole time.
Golden age is right. For Lisa though, she was always really annoying to me. I owned dolls of all the other characters but her. I think I blew it up with firecrackers. I guess that would be worth money now... oh well.
