It was a decade of neon thrusts and neon triangles arbitrarily hung everywhere. I also really really genuinely like the Fabulous Stains, the actual movie.

This is unfortunately not complete, because it doesn't have Diane Lane's amazing performance on Streets on Fire, starring an irritating Rick Moranis and a sickly attractive Willem DaFoe as her abductor.

So cool. I still say Lea Thompson makes that Howard The Duck movie watchable, which is so small feat.
