The entirety of this video makes me love America.

Innocent Bystander - 2011-05-10

Yay, an old guy is dead.

fatatty - 2011-05-10

You can say that every 10 seconds and it will be just as accurate but no one will react like this.

Innocent Bystander - 2011-05-10

And that's good?

baleen - 2011-05-10

I declare the war is over.

Xenocide - 2011-05-10

Yay, people think pretending not to care about Bin Laudin will make them cool.

Cena_mark - 2011-05-10

An old guy behind the 9-11, embassy bombings, the Cole. Yeah we killed a poor old man who's only crime was sitting on his front porch handing out Worthers Originals out to children.

fatatty - 2011-05-10

Yes it's probably good that we don't celebrate the death of every old man in the world. Just the mass murdering old men.

Obviously it's not the end of the war but it's a good milestone in the war. His death coupled with the revolts going on will further weaken Al Qaeda as people realize they don't need them to defeat their oppressors.

Innocent Bystander - 2011-05-10

Bin Laden's death won't bring back the WTC, all the people who died there or any of the war dead. It's also pretty dubious if his death will have any negative effect on Al-Qaida.

I also think this is ironic: people in the middle-east celebrating fall of twin towers = disgusting barbarism / Americans celebrating death of Bin Laden = much needed closure.

spikestoyiu - 2011-05-10

Shut up.

dancingshadow - 2011-05-10

Just missing a burning effigy, and some people stomping on flags. This is embarrassing.

oddeye - 2011-05-10

You are the life of the party huh, innocent bystander.

themilkshark - 2011-05-10

Some people play Devil's Advocate just because they're douchebags.

Busby Berkeley - 2011-05-10

It will, however, bring back OUR GODDAMNED HONEY

anti-viral - 2011-05-10

As a college student I think people who are criticizing my peers fail to understand the exact meaning of Osama Bin Laden to a younger generation. Many of these kids were in middle school or elementary school when the 9/11 attacks occurred and had only a slight bit of consciousness concerning politics and the world around them, yet grew up with the focus being on Osama, Al-Qaeda, and Iraq. The killing of Bin Laden I think is seen by me and my peers as a chance at redemption for our country, perhaps the ending of an era that is considered by many similarly aged people to be in one world awful.

Similarly, I find it shocking that people would even come close to equating the celebration of a terrible man's death to the celebration of the death of 3000 innocent people.'
If that seems like it should even be compared, we see morality a bit differently.

dancingshadow - 2011-05-10

Yeah, you're right... it was all worth it for this kick ass party !!

MurgatroidMendelbaum - 2011-08-14

dancingshadow is just jealous because when he dies, only his immediate family will celebrate.

Squeamish - 2011-05-10

Did... did we just get crotch-rammed by Captain America?

charmlessman - 2011-05-10

It's not a move he uses often because it's so devastating, but yes.

Albuquerque Halsey - 2011-05-10

When Captain America hurls his mighty taint...

Born in the RSR - 2011-05-10

Enjoy the celebration for now, but remember, Red Skull is still on the loose!

spikestoyiu - 2011-05-10

Is this canon?

Xenocide - 2011-05-10

Ever since he lost the use of his legs, Captain America has employed a team of 800 sidekicks to help him get around. When danger strikes, do not fear, for Cap will be awkwardly moved in the general direction of the trouble.

ashtar. - 2011-05-10

Huh.
This is from State College, PA, home of the Pennsylvania State University. I drive past there nearly every day. Drunken idiot frat-boy college students have largely lost their charm for me, but that was pretty cool.

Caminante Nocturno - 2011-05-10

WANK

Bort - 2011-05-10

STARS

dancingshadow - 2011-05-10

These people are celebrating the deaths of tens of thousands of innocent people. Well, 'celebrating' is probably too harsh a word. 'justifying', 'endorsing' ? Oh well.. at least the US also killed a whole bunch of people in another unrelated country while at it. This is sick.

WHO WANTS DESSERT - 2011-05-11

Edgy opinion bro, you totally blew our sheep minds with your previously unheard-of opinions

didcotmassif - 2011-05-11

Such Poise...Such Dignity

FABIO - 2012-04-06

Jesus when did this place get infested by so many chicken hawks.

John Holmes Motherfucker - 2015-05-31

This is in bad taste, but is it morally wrong? Nah.
