A man searches for beauty in the horror of war and its consequences.

Was a pageant necessary? It seems a bit inappropriate in this setting. I want to find a connection with people torn apart by man's atrocities, which admittedly this documentary does pretty well, but the nature of pageants is to turn women into objects to be judge, and I don't feel comfortable with that.

Although, being uncomfortable because of these women are in a pageant and not because they were injured by landmines really drives home the message Feingold and Traavik were trying to convey. So five stars for making me think.
