From what I've seen of the show, yes. And Drake Bell has to be like 20 something by now. And Timmy wore a baseball cap and didn't have any female friends. EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS IS WRONG.

The premise of the movie is that Timmy is now in his 20s but has wished himself into still being a kid so he doesn't have to lose his fairy god parents.

Butch Harman is gay and he stuck a TON of gay jokes/imagery into the cartoon from the little I know. There's an episode where Timmy goes to Fairyworld near the corner of Seigfried and Roy.
