Let me guess... Holly has a change of heart at the clinic. Perhaps she is made to look at pictures of adorable fetuses. Perhaps someone in the waiting room is weeping silently. Holly's courage (poss. Jesus) bubbles to the surface and she leaves, relieved, a little bit scared, but most of all overjoyed at the new life growing inside her.
