I agree with Caminante. This series was such B.S., man. The romantic leads weren't even cousins!

This cartoon did lack a great deal of unspoken homosexual tension.

Well, in Avatar's defense, the anime it ripped off didn't have much of that in it.

Honestly explain the hate. Avatar is well written, animated, and voice acted. The only real flaw it had was that the build up to the finale felt rushed. Otherwise this series is perfect.

It felt like from around the end of season 2 onward that every single dilemma was the result of the heroes being complete idiots.

I'd take the standards of a child over those of an adult any day. No one is more readily willing to point out flaws than a kid.
