Normally I'm very critical of the police, especially in circumstances where there's a perceived disregard for civil rights.

Up until the 1:30 mark everything seems cool, you have the performing DJ truck, and then for a short period of time you have the dancers lingering around for a while longer.

However, after that point you're treated to a view of a large gathering of people all worked up and no apparent distractions or reason to linger.

And yeah, sorry that's when a happy gathering of onlookers can turn into an agitated mob.

All it takes is a few douchebags and everyone else follows suit.
