I don't care about the eco-implications, not going to miss this species once it is gone.
Are you going to miss the 90% of our flowers and fruit trees that rely on bees for pollination? Most species extinctions have a detrimental effect on the ecosystem, but the loss of bees would be particularly cataclysmic.
More than just flowers and fruit trees. Our entire food chain needs bees. No bees, no food, no people.
