The Urban Dictionary's "definition" of this so-called phenomenon gets progressively nuttier the further in you read. A few voices of sanity get voted down quite hard, no doubt because they're agents of the CIA, Illuminati, Scientology, or whatever comes up on the Wheel Of Persecutors.

It occurs to me that there could be a lot of money in a Gangstalker's Travel Guide app. It'd cover local variations on perp identifiers, list confirmed safe spots, and rate hotels out of five cameras based on the level of surveillance present in each.

And the beauty of it is, I wouldn't even have to make any of it up. They'd do it all for me.

Now that is how you do a partial geared towards objection. I mean sure you quote this part" "What you're seeing here is not a normal person. Normal people don't do that." But as all good little ignorant of truth and morals all together you leave out the part showing the light of the comment. The very next word spoken began a correction sentence to your very well paced absolved insult. I corrected myself and said "perps don't do that" Now do you not all understand that people who do what this thing did here did with their structures of statements, speeches etc can slowly destroy the bond of truth and make this sick way of being commonplace? I know this is your thing and all, just one question.. Have any of you ever considered seeing a mental health professional?
