That page says this clip is from an Australian TV special. The animation style (at least the less experimental stuff) looks kind of like Filmation to me. I could almost imagine it airing in a block on Saturday Morning TV with the Brady Kids or the Jackson 5ive.

sasazuka - 2017-10-31 By the way, yes, I know Jackson 5ive wasn't a Filmation production, it was produced by Rankin/Bass and some of the animation grunt work was done in Japan at Topcraft, the studio that eventually became Ghibli.
