I owned a red 93 Celica ST (gen 6) which I loved to drive until the insurance company took it away as it had been illegally sold after surviving a flood. Something to do with possibly faulty airbags. I ended up downgrading to the Mitsu Eclipse.

I know the Celica doesn't quite have the cachet of the Supra but Japanese racing games like Gran Turismo and the Fast and Furious franchise, not to mention recent-era Hot Wheels (especially since Jun Imai became one of the lead Hot Wheels designers), have made even 1990s JDM (Japan Domestic Motor) cars kind of "modern classic import" hip.

This is a sweet car. I also love Acura Integras and Legends, which was just a fancy Accord, but still sweet.
