yeah pretty much, i watched my old roommate play it, the writing is on par with fanfiction.net. aside from donald and goofy, all the characters are pretty much cameo appearances. most of them don't even reprise their original roles/personalities.
On top of the Sora, Donald, Goofying the video is like a weird trip through the timeline of Disney movies.
The video implies that there is other dialog besides that in the game, but provides scant evidence of it.
