"Tank blows up in face" and "slips on grease spill, drops scalding grease" are elaborate?
I haven't seen any others, but yeah, I guess it's more the falling off a roof onto the windshield of a conveniently passing truck before hitting the ground part. I think just the explosion would have gotten the point across.
Good enough for me, though the clumsy Clouseau-esque waiter was a smidgen funnier.
