Five stars for "Give Mario a Happy Ending".

They were simpler times.

coprolalia - 2008-09-30

Heh.

Five stars for Design For Dreaming.

robotkarateman - 2008-09-30

Only true fanboys would give Mario a happy ending.

RocketBlender - 2008-09-30

PORTABLE POWER!!

Caminante Nocturno - 2008-09-30

Back before Mario sold out to the 3-D market.

Harveyjames - 2008-10-01

That little 3D Mario Submarine model is awesome.

Udderdude - 2008-10-01

0:09 .. nice job playing with the GAMEBOY OFF. Also I noticed this when I watched the commercial as a kid.

DMKA - 2008-10-01

lol, enjoy your four AA batteries.

Cena_mark - 2008-10-01

What's with that DS. Why when I was your age, portable gaming didn't have touch screens, we only had one screen. It was tiny, and had an olive green color, and damn it back then we had to use our imaginations.

Billie_Joe_Buttfuck - 2008-10-01

Now he's an old man gimmick.

baleen - 2008-10-01

A gimmick as unfunny and uninteresting as whatever yawn

mr666 - 2008-10-01

Yeah, but think how many kids that little blurry screen no doubt partially blinded.

Goethe and ernie - 2008-10-01

Five stars for an awesome game, minus one star for the fact that I never had one because my family was too poor.

I remember that game sucking. My time was always better spent with Tetris.

glasseye - 2008-10-01

Or zelda.

major-_-turnon - 2008-10-01

Man, I was basically a nintendo fanboy as a kid and even I knew that this game sucked. Five for nostalgia though.

Also I want to know the name of the school where all these actors learn to mash buttons rapidly, unrealistically, and ineffectually for video game commercials. Place must have made a fortune in the 90s.

RandomFerret - 2008-10-10

IT'S DYNAMIC.

Xenocide - 2008-10-02

I always liked how they cleverly use the old movie motif as an excuse to make the whole ad black and white, so it's less jarring when they transition into the colorless game footage.

jerrysp702 - 2011-04-09

Genuinely clever. Also, one of my favorite games.
