Watching the first basho of the year right now. Kotooshu is pretty great, totally comes across as a super nice guy whenever he is on TV, looks too gentle to fight when you see him in a kimono but then when you see him prepped for the ring...

Also about 30% of a Japanese comedian's job is getting slapped in the face or otherwise abused.
