The projection of the fantasies the Tea Party has if it were in power continues.

This is of course absurd, but I do sort of agree with (shudder) Rand Paul et al. about the completely bizarre and frightening idea that we can just assassinate people the executive branch considers bad. Stopping shit like that was one of the main reasons I voted for Obama, and it's my biggest disappointment with him.
What I never ever ever never cease to find hilarious, however, is the right talking about how they want to defend the bill of rights, when they were the exact same people falling all over themselves a few years ago to defend every warrantless wiretap and extra-judicial indefinite detention center.

cognitivedissonance - 2013-03-14 Well, one of the things that will be the likely result will be a massacre in a Wal-Mart, resulting in a huge PR dip for Wal-Mart, resulting in lobbyists being called, resulting in actual change. The problem is, of course, that this only works if it's a Wal-Mart, if lots of white people die, and it's a slow news day. And it's also horrible, if the likely end.

Old_Zircon - 2013-03-14 Not US citizens much, but plenty of assassinations.
