I wonder if every person he meets is massively pissed off that he dares record their mundane, boring lives, or if he just edits out anyone that has fun with him.
That's not the point at all. The point is that people (especially cops) have developed a knee-jerk reaction to being recorded, claiming it's illegal for someone to dare record them in a public place, when it isn't.
Not that this guy is actually trying to make that point to these people. He's just in it for the reactions so he can post them on Youtube.
