Asshole jokes aside this guy is awesome and in fact his awesomeness is so great that he looks good despite the weird borrowed flesh. Hopefully he'll at some point be able to afford surgery to look the way he wants to look.

I think he may have to get a lot of that off though, somehow, for health reasons. Skin is an important barrier for infection and a heat regulator as well as a bunch of other functions, so having extra saggy baggy folded skin on your body may be a bad thing, not sure.
He looks kind of like he's wearing a loose rubber suit, the way it hangs off him. I remember reading something by some health guru guy that said that after weight loss loose skin would always eventually tighten back up. He'd probably never seen anything like this.
