Not that I actually think this guy should do anything besides, you know, get a ton of psychiatric care, but... Couldn't he just do whatever it is farmers do? I doubt they're performing proper surgery on livestock.

There's plenty of ways of getting a voluntary orchiectomy and even getting insurance to cover it, although it usually either requires lying about the root cause or needs a couple of letters from psychologists and a bunch of hoop-jumping.
