I worked at a deli like this one and they didn't train me at all, even though I told them I had no deli experience and I was applying for the grocery clerk part of the store. A lot of people got Prosciutto that first day that was thicker than a smartphone, because I didn't know what a Prosciutto was. I thought it was a kind of pepper.
