This is the house that was investigated for an episode of People's Court. The tenants sued the landlord because the house was haunted. The landlord was found innocent and the tenants were forced to pay 3 months of back rent.
I remember that episode. It ended with the landlord laughing and fading away in front of a terrified courtroom.
Seems like coming up with the rent money was the spookiest part of all!
Turns out it was the downstairs tenant Old Man Jenkins all along!
No human could have thrown a small object from off-camera like that!
