What a way to go.

I had only seen the promo video before, this is even worse. The character designs are only a hop and a skip away from the terminal blandness of those of your average DIC or Gaumont production.

I'm almost impressed that for the attempts to appeal to an adult audience, Scheimer still felt the need to keep the cartoonish comic relief, over-the-shoulder shots, walk cycles in catacombs, and hypocritical moralizing. You'd think he'd get rid of at least ONE of those things by the late '90s, but no.
