The same people who shit on the likes of Eric Andre and, Tim and Eric, at every opportunity, will also utter the name of Andy Kaufman with holy veneration.
My theory is that if these people were contemporaneous with Kaufman they would have reacted to him the same way they react to T&E and co. They merely just go along with Kaufmans widely accepted status rather than employ their own discernment.

Nominal - 2017-12-20 It was amazing 8 years ago the utterly psychotic reaction that Tim & Eric fans had when they found out that some people don't find them funny.
It's even more amazing that they're STILL flogging that grudge over half a decade after anyone else even mentioned T&E.

I like Eric Andre.
I like the people who come on Tim and Eric's show, but I like Tim and Eric when they're not togther, and on other things, but i dont like Tim and Eric on their own shows.
They just don't do it for me.
