My coworker just came back from there; the company he visited has a mandatory 9am, arrival, nap time from 1-2 and then they work until 11pm.

Also for many of them if they don’t come in to work within an hour of a support call they’re fired. 24/7 365 days a year.

This is considered a good job in China, so everyone is in constant terror of being fired because there’s 10 people waiting to take over your job if you screw up.
