The guys cadence is very... strange. He seems to insert weird pauses towards the end of his... sentences.

"According to the majority of cyber-scecurity experts it was North Korea" ... Uh why? He leaving the central part of this theory down to 'take my word for it' essentially.

Also, this is not unprecedented as he suggests. Financial shenanigans by nations (especially during war) is 100's of years old. Tolstoy used to complain about it a lot even.

Almost every time hacking is blamed on some country, without direct evidence, it is claimed that the code or methods used by the hackers “matches” the language or “style” of said country.

In some instances, like the attack on Iranian nuclear reactors, it was blatantly obvious that America or Israel did it. In cases like this it would be a great cover if you wanted to deflect blame.
