When a person who pretends to act crazy for a living meets a real crazy person off his meds.

That was my impression. For the others it's a grift. A character you play to make money. And they thought Ye was in on it at first until they all started to come to the realization Ye is legit fucko bazoo.

Kanye isn't a bad guy he's just mentally ill and surrounded by vultures 24/7

He is batshit insane and the fact that you don’t think he is means you are Batshit insane

Jones likes to crow that he's this amazing alpha male, yet he can't even control his own show. All he can do is sheepishly try to counter him.

He needs to be in a home, where professional nursing staff with provide him with 3 square helpings of attention a day.

Ye is a very public display of Americas failed mental health laws.

He got lucky he is so rich before he went off the cliff but most normal Americans end up homeless. (And he still might. Who knows)

There needs to be a good legal framework to force people obviously having severe issues into a care environment.

There's nowhere near the resources or public will to properly assess the mental condition of swaths of homeless to where a legitimate legal court mandate could forcibly lock them up "for care" (i.e. forced pill consumption.) Depriving basic individual freedoms isn't a one-two step. And regardless, crazy people who haven't committed crimes have every right to be crazy and free. Not everyone is "curable."

SolRo - 2022-12-03

There’s a point of mental health degradation where you can no longer humanely claim that a person is “free” on their own free will.

If they cannot be legally considered sane enough to sign legal documents then they should be required to get healthcare.

We have the police deal with it. Which is both expensive and ineffective (the cops also don't like doing it). But we "don't have the money" to actually devote public resources to helping people.
