We have written ourselves into a corner where oil is as necessary as oxygen, Literally everything we use is made out of it, and it's a basic element in the most basic day-to-day tasks. There are those of us who feel we have no choice but to resign ourselves to fate, while the planet slowly broils in a slow cooker.

There's also people like the ones I've seen driving around my town. They drive monstrous, diesel guzzling fuck you's with the suspension raised high above its giant tires, "LET'S GO BRANDON" stenciled on the front or back glass. "I'm a rebel. Nobody tells ME what to drive. It was 63 degrees this morning, SCIENTISTS."
