Love all the recurring roulette wheels, which I assume have been tested by the gazillions of channels like this to help retain more attention. Fits right in with the blind bag toy unboxing shit that does crazy numbers.
Humans really just want to see what's in the shiny egg. Somewhere a distant ancestor whose primary occupation was opening dozens of pieces of fruit per day and seeing which ones are fresh and tasty is smiling down on these hopeless addicts in the making.
