This is the best video I've found. Local and cable news sucks, but this dude is an actual mariner, and he's got either a professional or professional plus account with Marine Traffic which costs $69 or $129 a MONTH! Too many conspiracies are running around this too, don't buy them. Ships do happen to lose power in this manner more often than you would like to think. I just find it most terrible that the tugs aren't required to guide the ship past the bridge. It isn't a very far voyage.
