Everybody dances. I have to admit that I love that fact.

Viet Nam still had better music.

WWII had a better ending, in that it HAD an ending.

Its very satifying when black shirt guy finally joins in the festivities.

j lzrd / swift idiot - 2008-06-16

Seriously, he's the hippest hapless victim of the VengaHumvee in this episode. Whiteshirt guys just ain't havin' none of it. He's the guy who's gonna drop the dime on this clown car of "Don't Tell"ing fun lovers. That or Contractor Guy, whomever sees the video of himself online in this situation first.

What I really love about these videos are not only are they consistently though confusingly hilarious, but they show that Iraqis are a surprisingly good natured bunch of people in spite of their country constantly exploding.

Well yeah I guess. My theory is that if you live in a shithole geographic area, like, say, the Middle East, or somewhere south of the Mason-Dixon line, or Alaska, etc, then you're probably going to have a lot more of a reason to take ANY EXCUSE WHAT-SO-EVER to shake your ass, get down, and boogie your socks off.

I could probably explain squaredancing by arguing on the same tack as the above.

I'm pretty sure the humor comes from the look of relief on the local people's faces that they aren't being arrested or worse.

Not sure how to feel about that.

I wonder, if 10 locals jumped out of a van and danced around an American would it be as funny?

I don't imagine that would end on such a happy note.

waxeater - 2008-06-16

Quit seriousing this stuff up.

j lzrd / swift idiot - 2008-06-17

That depends Blaise. Are they playing some kind of song you can jump around to? Does it feature a singer belting out their Crazy Arabic Moonlanguage over tweaky-sounding middle eastern instruments?

Because I'd fucking dance. Oh hell yeah, like a native american around a bonfire.

Camonk - 2008-07-13

I would like to see the Party Van recruit some locals, though. Just to add a whole multi-cultural aspect to it, you know?

Hooper_X - 2008-07-30

You mean Daler Mehndi? I'd be down with that.
