I rented this game one weekend at my grandmothers. If I'm not mistaken, that is the exact same song as from the title screen/intro. Which I suppose makes this even better.

I'm guessing it started out as a sequel to Blaster Master's North American plotline until someone picked up the Addams Family rights dirt cheap. But then again, who knows.
The Addams Family kinda look like they're stuck at a race rally at the end there.
This looks like a liquid television skit combined with a video game.
