five stars for actually making me feel bad for a merciless killing machine. a badass predator getting wrecked by babies until he's too tired to even slither... that snake probably went home and just stared at the ceiling all night long. wife cobra all reaches over in the dark, he sighs and turns away

Caminante Nocturno - 2011-03-30

How does cobra wife reach over?

junkshot - 2011-04-04

Um, that's why it's funny.

Tom Collins - 2011-03-29

Mother Leopard's obviously too drunk to see the danger.

mashedtater - 2011-03-29

britney spears parenting of the animal world

Smellvin - 2011-03-29

The difference is that a 50% attrition rate in the wild means a mother is doing really well. People don't have to struggle to get food, not get eaten by giant wombats, or otherwise stay alive. By allowing offspring to experience risk, the cubs are getting a sort of inoculation against future dangers. Helicopter parents in nature would end up with non-functional children (which isn't that far off from human life, really).

GravidWithHate - 2011-03-29

Is this why house-cats react the way they do to string?

mouser - 2011-03-29

Dont sleep naked with clawed house cats.

Lurchi - 2011-03-29

even morning wood under a blanket is dangerous

TeenerTot - 2011-03-29

I like the "why-I-aughtta" way the cub kicks the ground at the end.

Mother_Puncher - 2011-03-29

Are they all dead because this was filmed 40 years ago?

Lurchi - 2011-03-29

The king was only a pawn in their game.
