Delusion yes, but perhaps its a good think. Perhaps without the delusion she'd be sad crazy instead of happy crazy.

Cena, really? Imagine, if you can, this girl one day realizing she deluded herself years and now has to deal with pain she's just stuffed away in the back of her psyche. Not good man. That stuff comes out in the weirdest ways. Next video of her will be shot inside her bedroom where she's wearing face paint and ranting about poilitics while cutting herself. Delusions are usually pretty bad for you.

I don't know about delusion per se....Tom Collins has a good point. There is also huge power in positive reinforcement. Not that the consequences will be any less grim, maybe even worse, if she's learning this sort of behavior so early.
