I have good memories of going in to blockbuster before school trips to find the most stupid and annoying movies to watch on the bus. J.D. Salinger's son as Cap, repeatedly carjacking people makes this a classic.
I hate to bust the submitter's bubble, but this wasn't Roger Corman. It was a guy named Albert Pyun. Lest you be disappointed, Pyun directed the Jean-Claude Van Damage masterpiece, "Cyborg," and the Kathy Ireland magnum opus, "Alien From L.A."
Corman did the "Fantastic Four" movie, which managed to, in some ways, be less awful than the big-budget versions that came later.
