I have one of those ghost pepper here (dried in a jar I sparingly cut to spice food). Plus some sauces made of that (such as )Hell's Inferno's Naga Bhut Jolokia). It's not for the wuss.
That said, such high doses of capsaïcine can kill you if you have lung or hearth conditions.
I just had some ghost pepper salsa on top of 3 tacos, maybe 15 minutes ago, and I poured it on and mixed it with the habanero salsa too.. my mouth and ears are still a little tingly (or whatever the right word for it is) but that's about it. But if I didn't know it was coming, it'd suck. It was a few years ago and I was at the same taco place and a kid, probably younger than this kid, asked his dad what the white salsa was. It's the ghost pepper kind but his dad told him it was cheese so he smothered his burrito with it. Poor kid freaked out just like this kid after one bite. I think the same devil and angel were on everybody in the restaurant's shoulders right then.. like we wanted to laugh but also how horrible! Call the ASPCA or whatever you do with kids!
