From their promos from this period, it's clear that Adult Swim hated Inuyasha just as much as all good-hearted people do.
I love a lot of anime and I hate Inuyasha. Maybe that's the common thing we share that unites all humanity.

Caminante is right. As terrible as Inu Yasha is, it's nothing when you have a show that's literally about a talking ass.
