This movie was hard enough to watch with Mike & the Bots, I can't even begin to imagine what it must've been like to watch it multiple times for the show.

It's Shakespeare's gloomiest play...performed by Germans. Quite a feat to squeeze any funny out of that at all.

They try very hard, but in the end, this is one of the weakest MSTs. It's not that they don't try hard enough, but this movie is just so slow and plodding that it defies good riffing.

I still can never get over Ricardo Montalban's dubbing of Claudius.

There were only two MST3K's that I could never sit through.
This one, and Girl in the Golden Boots. The fact that Mike and the Bots couldn't make this watchable instantly awards 5 stars.
