I have trouble understanding what is going on here. This woman wants more butter on her "food"? "cole" as in cole slaw? Is that right?
What is the debate that is taking place between the low wage employees of KFC and this woman? I can't hear what the employees are saying. They're finally putting their foot down on whether or not to hand out free condiments to fat angry customers?
