This clip isn't from the mentioned movie. I'm guessing it's from "Dancing Outlaw" although i've never seen that one. I'd recommend WWWoWV to just about anyone. It's better viewed in a group setting, though.

It is indeed from Dancing Outlaw, both that and WWWoWV are well worth a watch.
