This entire compilation is dripping with '80s residue. This is living in the '90s if the '90s was the tail end of 1989 to right before Nevermind came out.

My point still stands, those nerds were ahead of their time.

This commercial is from 1997. By 90s standards, all these songs were oldies by that point.

Just as well. The careers/relevance of the vast majority of the artists featured were already over by that point too.
