Smallworld is one of those games with ridiculous popularity I can never understand. It's billed as a casual game but it's such a headache keeping track of all the different crap everyone can do without actually lending to any depth. It's a game with a lot of players but everyone takes their long turn one a time with nothing to do between your turns and when it finally is your turn again you have to skip it half the time.

Fuck that shit. You either block out 12 hours for Twilight Imperium or GO HOME!
