At 6:46 there's a frame of graffiti that reads "Do you think we will last forever?"

These vandals were pretty forgiving, all things considered. And there's probably still a few thousand bucks of wiring in the walls.

Chancho - 2013-08-02

The wiring would be worth maybe 0 max for scrap. Probably less.

But yeah, you could make a nice side income by salvage in these old places.

I was just assuming that since it was a thriving horse doping business that they would have a coupla few spools of Cat5 cable in the secret chamber that the mob was leaving there till it cooled off.

TeenerTot - 2013-08-02

The This Old House fan in me wants that house.

chumbucket - 2013-08-02

A fixer-upper.

The Mothership - 2014-08-25

These are some amazing locations, and some pretty good photos too.

Shoebox Joe - 2013-08-02

Was waiting for this to make it out of the hopper.
Always wanted to scrounge around in an abandoned house but never had the balls.
But I also wanted to bring this guy up.

He goes through abandoned spots, taking photos and never discloses the location out of respect.

Spaceman Africa - 2014-08-25

Thats the thing about these damn Urban Explorer types is that they never say where they are. Like c'mon I wanna explore some damn derelict buildings without having to look for one.

TeenerTot - 2013-08-02

And it's cute that she thinks it was a dog kennel. Do they not have dog fighting in Canada?

Flying Omelette - 2013-08-02

The "cryptic message at 6:42" is a reference to a-ha's "Take On Me" music video. The drawings of the motorcyclists on the wallpaper resemble the animated characters from the video.

Man, I've had fantasies of doing stuff like this ever since I was a kid. Too afraid of running into squatters or drug dealers, though.

Scrimmjob - 2013-08-02

You don't say?

ashtar. - 2013-08-03

Drug dealers live in houses. You'll only encounter junkies, who are usually cool to talk to, as are squatters.

Rodents of Unusual Size - 2013-08-02

The zombie outbreak of 2009 hit Ontario quite hard, I hear.

Kid Fenris - 2013-08-03

Whoa, there's a NEW version of Our Bodies Ourselves?

memedumpster - 2013-08-03

Kentucky has many ruins such as these, including Waverly Hospital, the Most Awesome Place in the Universe.

Jet Bin Fever - 2013-08-03

If I end up going to Kentucky for medical school, can you give me a tour?

memedumpster - 2013-08-03

Of course, if by "tour" you mean "break in and avoid security who will straight up do some Old Man Carter Scooby Doo shit if they see us first."

It's awesome.

candyheadrobot - 2013-08-03

I usually prefer Detroit for spooky apocalypse urban exploration videos, but this is cool.

Kinda reminds me of the (insert horror film name here) house.
