This looks like the sort of thing you'd expect to be done to a cat by an owner who also has a collection made up of items like this:

This armor is highly impractical for the way that cats actually fight. The front is almost completely exposed. Can we get lindybeige working on this issue?
The trouble is, if you put pressure on a cat's belly (where the armor really needs to be) it sends a signal to its brain that it's lying down and it loses control of its hind legs and staggers around like a vaudeville drunk. Well, most cats most of the time, anyhow.
